Manager as decision maker

Essentially, a manager is a decision-maker, based on an assessment of job readiness or job position now, organized work environment that directs subordinates or staff to a new differentiation and integration of new about his behavior. In making that decision, the managers do the manipulation and control of subordinate behavior, hold predictions, providing a specific work environment, resulting in the expected behavior.

Manager's decision is influenced by the goals, interests and behavior on subordinates. Decision-making process is essentially limited by human behavior. The decision affects the work environment with characteristics of each.
